Differences between MK2 and MK2S

Just bought an I3 MK2S off amazon, the box just says I3 kit, how do I make sure it's the MK2S that i've received?

Here is the link. The box looks genuine. How can I check if it's a clone?

Re: Differences between MK2 and MK2S

Yeah, PR do occasionally put some up for sale on Amazon (both UK and US, plus maybe a few others).

It should be a Mk2S, but best way to tell is the cable management at the rear of the extruder and the "U" bolts holding the bed bearings.

Phew! just noticed in the online manual that it should say MK2S on the frame too. I'll take a look when I get home to unpack it.

Yeah, it's particularly advantageous to those in the US as the (same) price includes shipping, duty and fees, plus there is the shorter delivery time.

Yeah it was more expensive in the UK but lead time was 3 days rather than 7 weeks.
