Change filament
Anticipating the MM upgrade... :-). The Prusa "Change Filament" (an outstanding implementation BTW) is hidden a bit under the "Tune" menu. Could I make a few suggestions?
1) Move the "Change Filament" menu item to the top menu. It does not belong hidden under the Tune menu.
2) Allow us to "Change Filament" BEFORE a print starts.
3) Automatically heat up the extruder etc during any "Change Filament".
