Calibration all fine but when I go to print, it doesn't work very well

I'm a newbie to this and there is probably a really simple solution but i can't work it out. I've built the Prusa i3 MK2 from the kit and calibrated it. I got a message saying 'XYZ calibration ok. X/Y axes are perpendicular'. I then loaded the filament and ran the calibration g code, live adjusting the z axis until the filament was correctly coming out the nozzle. The calibration G code works perfectly but when I go to print the prusa logo, the filament doesn't stick and gets caught up with the movement of the nozzle. Does anyone have an suggestions as to what the problem may be? I've attached some photos that might give a better idea as to what the problem is.

First layer too high. Go down using live Z adjust. Did you do V2Calibration gcode?

Also clean the bed with IPA to get rid of those greasy fingerprints...

What type of connecting are you used? Make sure your network settings is okay. Once I had a problem, the printer was connected to the wrong ip, and I could not understand what was going on.
