Bed not heating consistently

Hello all,

For some days now, I have an issue with my hotbed : it is not warming up all the time, sometimes it does and then, for no obvious reason, it is not. Even after a firmware reset (and firmware reinstall), it is not...then, still for no obvious reason, it is working again.

I don't think it is due to cabling or why should it work sometimes, and sometimes it is not ? I checked and everything is connected, nothing seems to be broken at all. But again, I don't think it is due to cabling, it shouldn't anyway.

Any idea ?

Dunno how to edit so I add it here :

I use multimaterial hyperfine tuning firmware (fork from original one), I tested with original one, same issue so don't think it is due to this firmware.

I use S3D (hard time configuring it for MMU but I have decent results).

I can only print PLA now since I don't need the bed to heat but kinda frustrating...

Printer is 2 months old.

Have you checked the connector for the heatbed to the mini-rambo board? There have been issues in the past where if everything is not absolutely tight the connector will wiggle slightly, this can result in the connector coming loose and possibly heating up. There are some old threads about this.
