Bed Error Min Temp and SD card shows 15% done
I just received my Prusa i3 MK2 yesterday, and after a long assembly I was delighted to see that everything worked fine after I put it together.
After a day of printing everything was still working fine, so I decided to move the printer from where I assembled it to its permanent home in my room.
I moved it very carefully how it showed me to in the manual and I never hit it on anything, but after I moved it I decided to run the calibration again to make sure everything was level. After I did this (The calibration said everything looked good) I tried to do the V2Calibration, but when I tried to print it it gave me the error "Bed Min temp" and the LCD told me the SD was at 15% done (Even though nothing had printed). In the selftest the printer said the bed was fine, and the bed did heat up, so I don't know what the problem is. I searched on the internet for similar problems and I didn't come across anything.
The attached video is what happens when I try to print the V2Calibration (The squeaking on the Z axis is something I need to fix, but it doesn't affect the print at all)
Any help is appreciated
Re: Bed Error Min Temp and SD card shows 15% done
I would check the connections to the bed and the cable from the bed to the RAMBO board.
You have some SERIOUS squeeking on that. Might want to check alignments and lubricate.
