all axis moving when unloading filament
Printer had a little wobble today. I unloaded a filament and all the axis's moved jerking with it. Pretty mad and looked cool at the same time as it was still unloading the filament.
Loaded the filament without problems and is printing without problems. I made sure everything was pushed in properly on the board so I will test again after the print.
Would a loose wire cause this and has anyone else had this problem before?

Which firmware version? Are you still on 3.0.3 or did you manage an upgrade.
The unload was changed in 3.0.8 to use a much faster retract speed.
Never seen that sort of thing before, I think it best that you monitor it and if it happens again, check over the cabling (but if you are running 3.0.8, there could be an issue there).

Hi Peter. No I am still holding in there with 3.0.3. I have never seen it before. Its still printing perfectly and I have not needed to change filament yet but I will keep any eye and update either way.

I think then that this is most likely caused by a one-off firmware glitch. These things do happen very occasionally and are a software producer's nightmare...
Probably won't ever happen again; if it does then restart the printer as soon as you can after it does happen.
