Wipe tower adhesion in 1.36.2
While I appreciate the update in 1.36.1 that makes the wipe tower 1st layer to be filled densely for improved adhesion, it isn't enough. I have had wipe towers break free when using PLA. I would love to be able to control brim settings (and probably raft as well for ABS) of the wipe tower. As an alternative, if the same settings used for skirt and brim/support material were able to be used on the tower as the actual print objects--I would probably be happy.
For now, I have to make a rectangular single layer object around where the wipe tower is in order to get better adhesion. Would be cool to not have to do that 😀

I never had problem with wipe tower adhesion, even with earlier versions. In general, PEI is very good for PLA printing. Make sure that you have your PEI properly cleaned (IPA). You can use Acetone from time to time for maintenance. Of course, your "Live Z setting" is another important thing to check.
