Noise!
What is that plastic noise? Is it normal? Print seems to work fine.

Also only seems to happen on the first extruder.

could be one of the bondtech gears rubbing the sides of the housing, also check the main screw on the shaft as well.

After my print failed (I wonder why ...) I had some filament stuck in the tube that goes into the hotend. No real jam of molten filament, just stuck. So I played around with the first extruder and now the noise is gone.
Also, how much of a "pattern" should the extruder make on the filament? I've played around with the screws but it seems there is always the slightest of imprints on the filament when it gets pushed through.
