Multi material post processor options

Hi,
i´m printing on the MM upgrade for two days now! Works flawlessly! Your really did great work with that! Thanks a lot for your efforts!
Currently i´m combining black ABS (Smart ABS) with HDGlass (green or white transparent)
I noticed that it takes much longer to saturate the transparent PETG than the black ABS, about almost twice the distance.
It would be nice to have an option in the MM post processor to be able to select the wipe distance per extruder/material, i think that saves a lot of time and filament. Maybe even "presets" in a dropdown menu or similar.

best regards,
Christian

Re: Multi material post processor options

I have some hard time printing ABS (without enclosure)
My issue is not with the model but with the waste tower

In the next version of the post processor, is there any way to add a raft to the tower if there is a raft for the rest of the print ?

Try cleaning the bed with acetone.

You could even use some juice where the tower is placed.

Not that this address your specific inquiry, but one of my only successful MM prints has been mixing PET and ABS, if you use PET as the filament for the outer surfaces with ABS contain to the inner perimeters, it will stay stuck 100%. My experience with ABS have nearly universally resulted in some lifting so with the MM, this combination fixed that issue for me.
