filament stuck on down ptfe

Hi everybody,
First Thanks you to all, I learne a lot when i read your forum. Sorry for my language , I speak a little english, I'm french user and I have a MK2S since 6 month and I take the MM kit this month. I succefful make it, it's works but i have something weird ..

When I want print in 0.05mm or 0.1mm in Single Mode, my filament stuck after 15min..

I open the multiplexer bottom and I have this little ball in the extremity filament ,

I have no idea .. I try other filament, same problem..I try 215 ;220; or 205°C the same problem.

The filament is 3D850 about NatureWorks not the first price..
The PTFE is in take in the good way 😉
Thanks to all 🙂

I tried everything with that specific filament and never got it to work, maybe I'll try again if the basic problems ever get fixed. Read the massive 28 page blockage thread. Basically you just have the same problems like everyone else I'm afraid.

Yep, this is the problem I continue to have. I've gone through the blockage troubleshooting thread and tried all of those options. I've replaced heatbreaks, heatsinks, steel tubes, ptfe tubes, still no luck.

The number of "broken MMU" posts has really shot up recently - I am really hoping it forces PR to acknowledge the problems we are having.

Thanks to all for answer.
I contact Prusa and with Peter, we try different technic.
After We found that's was my extruder screw was to tight.

I run different , See result if that can help another people :
Prusa PLA : OK 0.1mm / 0.05mm
Optimus PLA (french PLA, expensive and good quality ) : OK 0.1mm/0.05mm
3D850 PLA : OK only on 0.1mm..

When I try 3D850 from NaturaWorks, it's work at 220°C on 0.05mm but , he block at 5mm ..

It's start, i continu research 🙂
