Colour bleeding

Has anyone else noticed that when using light coloured PLA there is noticeable colour bleeding where the wipe phase isn't completely clearing out all the old filament? I've just finished a print of the Chimera with 4 colours (Silver/Red/orange/white) and it's very noticeable in the orange and in the white as they are fairly light coloured PLA.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to improve this other than stat away from light coloured filaments?

Re: Colour bleeding

There are a couple of possibilities:

1. Increase the size of the purge tower
2. Use a different slicer/post-processor with a more intelligent purge tower

Hi there,

This was one of the bundled objects from Prusa that had been pre-sliced. Maybe I'll try doing the slicing myself and see what I can get.
