Cannot remove original extruder gear
I have the MK2S assembled by the factory. I'm trying to upgrade to the MultiMaterial Kit (just got in this week). However, after removing the 1.5mm grub screw, the extruder gear won't budge from the stepper motor. I've given it a little force (careful not to bend the metal rod) but it won't budge. How do I get the gear off if it's stuck? Do I need a new motor? Are there safe to use solvants?

can you try a little heat direct to the brass hobbed drivewheel
