Bonding Flex and PETG
I'm still waiting for my flexible material. But in the meantime I was watching some videos and stumbled upon this.
He had trouble bonding Flexible material to another material. He then adjusted horizontal size compensation. Does Slic3r have this option? What is it called?

I do not own Siplify3d, but after looking over the video you linked to, I think the issue they were having is directly related to the software. It seemed to me that Simplify3d put a 0.1mm gap between the parts by default, Slic3r does not appear to do that. Multi-material model perimeters are printed right next to each other with the normal overlap. I have not had any issues with materials not bonding together, but I have not printed with flexible materials on the PrusaMM setup yet.
