Issue with Slic3r PE v1.41.0

Hi I just installed the new Slic3r PE v1.41.0 from https://www.prusa3d.com/drivers/
and I am having an issue with when I import a model it says that it out of the print area but if you look at the screen shot its not.
Using Prusa i3 MK2s MMU 1.0

The model is a single part and I tried scaling it down with no luck.
the blue on the model is suppose to be where its out of the print area.
I even re-install the Slic3r PE v1.41.0 and its the same.

So I went back to Slic3r PE v1.40.1 and it doesn't have this issue.

The has no errors on the model shown on Slic3r and I even ran it through Netfabb just to make sure.

Also I cant fin the options for "Wipe into infill and/or into object" that is listed on the new Slic3r PE v1.41.0 is this for the MMU 2.0 only? or am I just missing something.

Here is the picture of the model.

You may want to try 1.41.1-beta as this is one of the things it says is fixed...

Sometimes an object was incorrectly detected as outside of a print volume #1151.

I have had the same issue. The problem was, that the xy origin of the model was far out. (e.g.1000mm off the model).
Once I corrected that by setting the origing (0,0,0) to the center of the model, the problem disappeared magically... 😀
