I UPGRADED TO THE NEW 1.40 AND I DONT SEE MK2 MMU NOZZLE SIZE .04 ONLY .O6 WHATS UP?

Hi Andrew,
did you get a fancy graphical welcome page with loads of check boxes?
I think you are supposed to choose, in there, which machines and settings that you want.
you may have missed the choice for 0.4mm nozzle
