Re: Blockage troubleshooting.
It has been mentioned numerous times now but there's an alternative multiplexer part - https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/-f26/monoplexer-and-multiplexer-redesigns-no-metal-part-t12801.html - without steel tubes.
This one *completely* fixed the jamming problem on my printer, while I could hardly finish one single print with the original multiplexer.
Re: Blockage troubleshooting.
Peter, I want to thank you for your post, it definitely helped. I have tried numerous things and have not been successful getting MMU2 prints without extruder jamming. Reading your issues around the Teflon tube, I disassembled my extruder for the third time and looked instead at the heatbrake itself. I replaced the heatbrake and suddenly I can print MMU2 items. The old heatbrake had just a bit of roughness and that was causing the jams.

You do know this is MMU1 troubleshooting? MMU2 is here: https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/hardware-firmware-and-software-help-f56/mmu2-troubleshooting-t24123.html
But it does rather look as though this has helped you so that's great news 🙂
For the MMU2, I had not considered the heat break as a potential issue, mainly because all Mk3 printers have been shipped with the modified heat break and therefore it should not be a problem.
Thanks.
Peter

Re: Blockage troubleshooting.
As a bit of a sidenote regarding Uncofil. It just seems to be a shit filament. All other filaments I have print just fine but Unicofil causes extrusion skipping and sometimes even blockage. I have tried adjusting flow rate, print speed, temperatures, feed rate etc. but nothing helps.
