Printing parts for MK 2.5 upgrade with ABS
Hi,
Decided to print some of new parts for MK 2S to MK 2.5 upgrade with ABS that I have. As extruder should be black those will only be parts for board housing. But I cannot make it properly done. I have two issues:
- overhangs - even with the fan of somehow Slic3r still turns in on for some small overhangs. That should actually be good but it did not give good results, overhangs are hanging, even on very small distance. No matter I finally forced fan off just to check or leave it on - still the same result. Its difficult to remove support with such overhang. But this is not critical, can live with it as those are usually screws holes.
- strange issue with small cylinders - this is best described on attached picture. You will also see problems with overhangs there .
Filament used is ABS 702. Printed on 100c bed, 240c tool. Any hints how to solve those problems, especially second one, will be appreciated.
Best Regards and thanks!

Slow down the print or (better solution) print two same part in the oposit corner of print area. Reason for both your problems is insufficient cooling between layers.
