Y-Axis Noise
Anyone else experience a loud vibrating noise/humming when printing. The printer now seems to be louder since I did the XYZ calibration the other day. I believe that when the bed moved back to the limit switch on the Y-axis that it has done something. Cause now it looks to me that the motor is rubbing on the side of the drive gear. I saw this due to the side of the gear is black and I have small pieces of black under the encoder.

Re: Y-Axis Noise
It is possible that the U-bolts that hold the linear bearings have come loose; mine did. In fact they were so loose that I could move them around with my fingers. The noise sounded like a coin buzzing on a glass table, *exactly* like the one in the video you posted.
I removed the bed, removed the U-bolts nuts, dropped the U-bolts, put a small (tiny, even) piece of very thin foam rubber inside the U-bolt, and re-assembled.
The U-bolt nuts are 5.5mm M3 like almost everything else on the printer, and they have a nylon lock on them, but I think from heat and vibration they eventually settled or backed off.
