xyz calibration failed on 4th iteration

My prusa mk2 is not finding my bed calibration points. As I start calibrating my xyz printer start to find the calibration point but after completing calibration the printer starts its again saying Searching for bed calibration point 1 of 4 Iteration 2 and this will gone up to 4 times mean to say Iteration 2,3,4 after that error show up XYZ calibration failed. Please consult the manual. Mesh calibration works properly but printer cant calibrate XYZ. I did every thing I re flashed the firmware, I reassembled every thing and Even I also replaced the PINDA but nothing happens yet . Any suggestion Why this is happening

Re: xyz calibration failed on 4th iteration

Maybe some help and questions:

I see on your LCD: Prusa MK2 unlocked, is this he original firmware? What version did you flashed?
The video is not sharp, so advise is difficult but: it looks like the printhead (X carriage) is to high when the calibration process starts: did you check the distance between the heatbed and the PINDA according the instructions?

If you put out the light you can see the led of the PINDA going on/off if the PINDA finds the first 4 calibrations points off your heatbed (1 = front middle, 2=right middle, 3= behind middle, 4=left middle). Follow the calibration process then you can see which calibration point is detected or not.

Let me know which calibration point the PINDA finds (or not).
