Specs for an MK2S Rambo system board replacement?
Hi, I've fried this board to a point that I need to replace it. My question is... Will any Rambo board work, or do I need a specific version/configuration. I'd like to get one from eBay if I could, but don't know what to look for exactly. If there's a better place than eBay, let me know. I just want to get something from the US because it should be faster. Thanks!

It is an Einsy Rambo 1.1b but a 1.2 will work. I have 2 clones with one of each and they work fine.

I'm pretty sure Mk2s firmware will not like an Einsy Rambo... It is expecting to be used on a Mini Rambo.
Mini Rambo is still around... You can get a USA-made one from Ultimaker complete with a Prusa-compatible bootloader or get a somewhat cheaper Chinese one which might not have a bootloader, which is a necessary pain to install.
I have a USA-made Ultimaker one that worked great until I stopped using it.

Before going out and buying an ISP, just try the normal firmware flash... there's a good chance your board already has a boot loader, and if it doesn't have one there is no harm done.
The MiniRambo does have to be powered up by the printer's power supply for a normal Firmware flash over USB... download Mk2s firmware from here: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/downloads/, turn on the printer, start Prusa Slicer on your computer, connect the USB cable from the printer to the computer, select the device (USB) and try flashing the firmware.
If the flash succeeds, you're done. There was already a compatible boot loader on the board.
If the flash fails, then you need to get into the fine points of Arduino ISP flashing, figure out which ISP header to connect to, (probable one closest to the big chip) figure out the correct pinout, figure out the Arduino IDE program and find the source code. This page seems to get into the subject: https://forum.v1engineering.com/t/firmware-prusa-bootloader/29257
Good luck!
