M600 Issue - Grinding Filament (too fast)

If I'm changing from Black to White Filament I need to extrude a fair bit of the new White Filament to purge out all the Black Filament.

If using the Prusa Menu, this is easy and all works:
- Unload Filament (Black) - 🙂 all works
- Load Filament (White) - 🙂 all works
- Filament Extruding with correct Colour? I just keep selecting "No" till it is clean. The speed of this load is nice and consistent. 🙂 all works

If using the M600 command it works a bit differently to the above:
- Unload Filament (Black) - 🙂 all works
- Load Filament (White) - 🙂 all works
- Changed correctly? If I select "Filament not loaded / Color not correct" it will load more filament BUT the speed of this 2nd (or subsequent) load is very fast and causes filament grinding. 🙁

I can not see any options with M600 to alter this speed. If I could do this the M600 would be perfect.

Does anyone know how to either modify this or another way of doing Filament Changes mid print where I can keep loading filament till I get a clean extrude?

Thanks
Nathan

Nope Pebcak.

It turns out the M600 is fine. Turns out "Filament not loaded / Color not correct" is not ONE command but 2 separate ones. The 2nd does was I need and at the correct speed.

Thanks
