Failed XYZ Calibration
After successfully completing a print using ABS, I noticed that the x axis dimensions of my part seemed to large based upon the model. The y access dimensions were fine. I retriggered the print to check if the issue was a one off or if something was slipping and during the 9 point check, the print head hit the print surface and I got an error. I thought it was just a glitch, so I tried retriggering and got the same issue. I checked to see if any of the screw had come loose (which they had not) and if possibly the PINDA sensor was loose (it was not). I've tried to run a calibration but cannot get past the first four sensor checks. It appears to find the embedded sensors as I can see the light on the PINDA go out as it gets close to the bed and over the embedded rings. It runs through 3 iterations of the 4 point checks and then tells me the XYZ calibration has failed and check the manual. I searched and this error usually means the PINDA could not find the embedded rings but I can see it find each one 3 times. I've even done a factory reset with no luck.
RE: Failed XYZ Calibration
Check if you have loose screws at the pulley on the X-axis motor.
RE: Failed XYZ Calibration
I checked the screws before I retriggered my 2nd print. They were a little loose so I tightened them. I've checked every screw to ensure everything is tight now. I also checked to ensure the frame is assembled square. I think it is. I just don't understand why it keeps failing the calibration if its finding the sensor rings. AT this point the unit is a giant paperweigtht
