Extruder Heater Not Heating

I've started to do my MK2.5 upgrade, but before that, I decided to change the nozzle, but in holding it, I think I shorted out the heat cartridge on the extruder and from there, it stopped heating. I figured when I took it all apart for the MK2.5 upgrade, I'd replace the fuse, but I checked all three fuses and they seem O.K. What else might it be?

Hi Allen, does the LCD Show the normal information?
if blank the power supply could be duff... I believe there is a fuse inside the power supply, another in the IEC Power input socket and often in the plug too

if the display looks normal
could be a faulty Rambo, (output FET blown)

or faulty wire,
or faulty heater
or faulty connector

Thanks. No display seems normal and everything else normal, but did receive the "extruder not heating error." I was afraid it might be the board. Maybe a case where the $120 board blows to protect the $ 0.05 fuse? Ordered another board in case that is the problem. Maybe I'll look at the board more when I take it out for the MK2.5 upgrade.

Thanks again.
