Dial button sometimes does not press
I am wondering if anybody else having this issue. Sometimes when I click on the file that I wanted to print, button does not work in the first and sometimes the second press, then 3rd press works.
Does it have something to do wth the file name?
Re: Dial button sometimes does not press
Yes, that can happen, along with the clocks on the rotary encoder not being registered.
I tend to avoid the LCD as much as possible (OctoPrint...).

Re: Dial button sometimes does not press
Instead of rasperry pi, I have installed octoprint to my old macbook A1181 but after that I realized that I can use Pronterface instead of octoprint and connect to my laptop via teamviewer.
This looks like a better solution to me, what is your opinion?

Pi. Low current draw (cheap to run) and not subject to reboots/hibernation and such which would ruin a print.
The Pi can also be powered from the printer (via a small buck regulator) and attached to the frame and can be installed with a camera and connected to by any device with a browser without third-party interference.

Re: Dial button sometimes does not press
I noticed that if I press it too fast that sometimes happens for me. I press and hold for half a second and have not seen the issue since.
