Just got my shipping email, black kit on March 10. The tracking shows that only the label has been printed, does not even have an estimated delivery date yet.

Huh? I ordered a black kit on March 3rd and have not received shipment notification yet.

East Coast USA.

Reached out to Support, they said next week... Was my first time contacting Prusa directly, they had no idea why people would be receiving shipment sooner then me for the same kit..

I will be back in hibernation until next week. IT will be over 80 days until my printer ships.

Today I got my delivery notification for my orange/black Kit, ordered 23.03.

Ordered March 20th, arrived yesterday May 17th with expedited shipping. Assembled and running with help from live support. Totally worth the wait.

Well, that's a thing now, I guess! Just logged into my orders page, and saw my unit marked as shipped! No email notification, didn't show up until this morning. Turns out, it shipped Friday, and is out for delivery for today! Woohoo! Orange and Black kit, original order date March 23rd.

I have to admit, Amazon.com 2 day shipping has spoiled me, the 2 month wait for my Prusa has been agonizing. If I didn't have my MP Select mini to keep me somewhat productive, I would have Cancelled or ordered another printer while I waited 🙂

Hang in there, I'm hoping with the move to the new facility done, that they start ramping up production and catching up a little. Read the assembly guides while you wait.

I have already asked on the chat to update the shipping information, because this helps psychologically to "survive" the waiting time.
Lukas told me that they are working on it. So I hope we will get a new updated shipping information soon 🙂

It's been averaging 2-3 weeks between updates, and when it does update it's typically around a week behind. 😯

IMHO Prusa is very lucky to have such a great reputation for an amazing printer, and good folks working in their live chat. If I'd known going in that my credit card would get billed day one, and I wouldn't get any updates about my order, I would have went with another brand that I could get overnight. Luckily I found this thread in the forums where all of us come to commiserate are agony of 'the wait' 😀

Ordered the mk2s kit March 23, shipped May 11th, receiving northeast US today May 23rd.
So purchase to door was two months on the dot for me.
Judging from their estimates it shipped a little earlier than expected.

Just curious...Once it shipped, did the tracking # giving you a estimated delivery date that was accurate?

No, I didn't see a date scheduled until it was stateside. I didn't sign up for the other UPS account estimates though, so I maybe that would have given a a date sooner.

It took about 8 days to clear Czech Republic(5 of them in customs), 3 days in Germany, and then 1-2 days in the US.

Just FYI

I just chatted with Prusa....2 things

My April 6th order is a week or two from shipping (pretty much what the schedule says).

I ordered a .25 nozzle, a hardened nozzle and a replacement PEI sheet. I asked in chat before I ordered if I could combine my orders, and they said yes and gave me a voucher code to waive the shipping (would have been $24 USD for shipping).

Anyways, if you decide to give Prusa more money while you're waiting, you should be able to get a break on shipping

Also...just doing the math on my order #'s, they've done about 7500 orders in the past 6 weeks 😮

This is weird. Ordered black fully assembled on April 10. Changed order to orange. Received tracking number today. I'm excited but wondering if I got a kit instead.
