Did you order the orange-black kit? If so, you might want to contact the support chat, and ask them when they estimate they will shipping it 🙂

Yep, still no notice on mine. Ordered orange parts kit on March 23rd. Hopefully it goes out this week so I can get it before our summer break starts. I don't want to have to make a commute to pick up the printer from the school in which I work.

Same here, ordered 3/23, but on the ship list it says that they will ship this week for orders from 20/3 on and the week still has some days left 🙂

Looks like the double May 22nd ship dates were a typo which pushed my shipment a week. *sigh*

Ordered a black model on 3/16, called Thursday to switch to orange when I saw the black specific delays, shipped this morning and got upgraded to expedited shipping 😀 !

Mine just got delivered today! Didn't expect UPS to give it to me till afternoon times, but they gave it to me at 11am PST 😀

So ordered on 3/25 -> Shipping notice 5/9 -> Delivery 5/15 (UPS Expedited, the cheaper one). 45 days + 7 days shipping = 52 days to my door. Signature was required. Considering they were moving since last week and still shipped it out, this was pretty good.

Checked all the parts and looks good, but looks like I was given a small mix of orange and black parts? Spool holder is in black and a stray part in black, but I haven't tried looking which that one was for. Mine is an orange kit (no change). Far from complaining though since I just wanted the printer in my hands lol. If I really want to make it orange, can always print it myself 😆

It also seems like the PSU bottom casing is now injection molded? I've seen in the past 3D printed versions and with a logo, but this one didn't have it at all. I'll be building later tonight.

I ordered a black kit on March 1st. Shipment notification received May 12th. I ordered with expedited shipping and got the package today, May 15th. That makes 75 days from order to door, 71 days from order to shipment on the black kit.

Yup, black and orange. If I didn't hear this week I was going to start bugging support, but I got the ship notification today 😀

Finally got mine all built. Got the perpendicular message, which was pretty neat for first try. Spent 10+ hours building... 3-4hrs was on the y-frame alone, mostly from spinning the nuts into the rod. 😕

I wasn't given a paper manual, so it seems like they are relying strongly on the web manual now. There are some parts of the manual I wish was better represented such as where do parts go where in some. For the y-axis, you were pretty much given an "assembled" threaded rod base as your reference, not step instructions of take which parts, thread through rod, close off the rod with part, etc.

For some I wondered about the orientation for the parts such as the bearings in the y-axis belt and the x-axis belt, but didn't seem to matter. Not talking about the LMU8 bearings, those sorta matter! Calipers help a-ton, especially if you have an 8" one, I made do with my 6".

It seems like there's a small shift to abs injected parts. It turns out the spool holder is now abs black/gray-ish injection mold, instead of the prusa orange printed part. Same goes for the PSU as I mentioned earlier. Also turns out the black parts were for the PSU mount and casing, so orange kit was pretty in line. I had a lot of trouble getting the spool holder on.... but it is on now. Speaking of color, my orange is pretty... orange? Looks like the shade of construction worker/caution orange, compared to other pictures and videos I've seen of it. I'm digging it though 😀

Now I want another prusa and the multi-kit. Maybe will place an order for that multi-kit before the month end or the next 😆

My printer was ordered on the 8th March , with a shipping payment of USD 158.00 , I checked their shipping schedule , those ordered between 6th to 12th March have been shipped. Did not get any notification whatsoever, also. After checking the current shipping charges it's at USD 104.00 What is happening.

Just got my shipping email, black kit on March 10. The tracking shows that only the label has been printed, does not even have an estimated delivery date yet.

I placed my order Mar 6, 2017. I am into week 10 and still waiting for my printer to ship. I ordered with black parts so I am hoping it will ship this week.

Ordered a black and orange kit with the multi material upgrade and a few bits n pieces on february 13th.
I missed the part about the delayed multi material upgrade so i contacted support - after the guy initially told me "not possible - you have to wait" i wrote them again and was told i had to pay extra for the shipment (duh...really? course i'll pay!).
So i payed the extra 15€ he requested to their paypal and was told that the order would be sent separately... so ... now it's 3 months later.

Sent a message asking for a status 7 days ago - no answer from their "Lightning speed support"

I ordered mine with orange on March 17th and I just received it on Monday May 15th, so just over 8 weeks (when I ordered the site claimed 7 weeks, but guessing that didn't include holidays and their move).

I found that their email response is a bit slow. You are better off doing a live chat.
