What Next???
OK! So I have had the printer for a little while and I have gotten to a point where printing PLA seems to work. I have been also able to print wood filament with a slightly larger extruder and had no issues here either.
So my question is... What next should I try? I was thinking of Flexfill. Does this require another extruder size? Any recommendations (that is NOT the MMU) I should do for my printer? What other Extruder sizes should I try for even smoother prints?
Also, should I switch to trying only printing in ABS or is it essentially the same as PLA? I know the main differences but does everyone pretty much stick to PLA only?
Hoping to have some fun trying new filaments!
Re: What Next???
I print pla. Petg and tpu. All with 0.4mm nozzle
I dont use abs at all
Because the fumes make me cough and the prints tend to split unless you have an enclosure.
Never tried nylon or polycarbonate or other exotics

Re: What Next???
I would recommend to start designing parts. 3D printer is a tool for me and the choice for the filament type is based on the requirements.
Printing decorative stuff from the given STL files is fun but using the printer as a tool (like hammer) to create something new was a next step for me.
BTW: Currently using PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU. PC and Nylon stuff will be maybe interesting in the feature for special projects but it wasn't worth it so far.
