Precise manual perpendicular xy axis calibration

I am always desperately disappointed when the printer's xyz calibration completes with: "slightly misaligned" or so, instead of "perfectly perpendicular". So here is a simple and effective way to get the headbed aligned 90 degrees to the frame.

  • Find a 30cm ruler and set it across the frame. Make sure the ruler touches the frame on both sides.

  • Move the heatbed to align one of the heatbed gridlines with the ruler.

  • Check and, if required, move the M10 nuts at the frame to slightly rotate the heatbed against the frame

  • Repeat until the heatbed gridline is perfectly aligned with the ruler.
  • The process assumes that the x-axis is aligned with the frame - and I think it should be. Even if the automatic xyz calibration now indicates a slight skew the ruler can be used as a reference for setting an angle between frame and y axis assembly.
Corresponds to Step 31 of the Mk2S manual at https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/7.+PSU+&+Heatbed+assembly/297?lang=en .
