I really want to tweak the bed leveling...
I've determined that parts of the bed are just a little off. (Factory Built) I can tell by subtle variations in first layer being laid down on different parts of the bed.
I'm sure theres a method/procedure for tweaking the bed leveling, but at a loss for exactly how to approach doing that.

Have you look into G80 command for fine-tuning?
GCode G80 command for fine-tuning:

LCD Menu/Calibration/Bed Level Correct
This allows up to +-50 micron adjustment of front/rear/left/right without messing with GCodes. The GCode adjustment allows +-100 microns, I believe.
Negative values lower the nozzle.
