First 3 layers issue
Hi all,
Printer MK2, no mods.
Seems that after updating the firmware and slicer, i have an issue when printing. Recalibrated ok, Z-ok. Had a problem with some blobs extruding at certain point mid-print but figure it out, an multimaterial option was on (why, i don't know, as the printer was selected as single material), what i think was actually doing, was purging the color. Disabled and everything went normal.
What i'm doing now, is live adjusting for the first 3 layers, or else, my first 3 layers will be squished in one.
Example
Settings 0.2mm layer/ 0.2 first layer (raft on/off, support on/off, suport contact 0mm/0.2mm - all these don't matter, the outcome is the same)
first layer on display is 0.15 (my live z is -0.65 ish)
second layer on display is 0.15 (adjusting live to -0.5 ~ -0.45)
thrid layer on display is 0.17 (adjusting live to -0.3)
4th layer is 0.37 on display from here my intervention stops, prints fine 1-3-5-7 hours ...
May it have something to do with the Z-offset in Printer settings ? previously the upgrade, this was the same value as the live-z (let's say -0.65) and had no problems.
This occured to me now as i was writing...because it will make sense as it will drop these 3 layers in one, no ? i'm making any sense or i'm off track here ? :)))

@charles-h13
With what exactly ? If i let it print through let's say 5 layers, first 3 layers will be quished into one, the whole print will have ~0.6mm, instead of 1mm. I haven't printed in the last days but I will make some pics, and try another thing maybe will solve it
