PLA print warps

I try to print a flat part with PLA, 50mm wide, 145mm long, 4mm thick. Bed is clean, temps are 215 and 60. Print with no supports 20% fill. Time is 1hr 10min. Print goes fine until the last 3 minutes or so. The printer is applying the last layer and the part warps at one end which causes a jam. Tried the print 2 times with the same results. Cleaned the bed each time. Any suggestions.

Try using a 3M 7445 pad on the bed with some 99% alcohol. My PLA sticks super good after using that

Also, wipe the bed once with acetone before printing to get a fresh PEI surface.

Try raising bed temp to 65 or even 70.

Another suggestion was to turn the cooling fan down or off.

And there's always adding a huge brim to help the part stay put...
