XYZ Calibration Fail After Mk2.5 To MK2.5S Upgrade

So i've upgrade from MK2.5 to MK2.5s and i cannot get passed the XYZ calibration.  First it was failing at point two as it looked like the pinda was too far to the right.  After thinking for hours i've tighten the X-belt slightly and i can now get to point 4 but joust get calibration failed.  I'm all out of ideas what to try next.  Could anyone give me an pointers or suggestions what to look at.

When you do a autohome the pinda is offset to the right side of the first calibration point so is only cover approx 60 percent of it.  I did have any issues prior to the upgrade.

RE: XYZ Calibration Fail After Mk2.5 To MK2.5S Upgrade

I had an issue like this and I found that I had dropped the extruder assembly a short distance when i was nearly done building, and I didn't notice that I had broken off the corner that you add that last piece that touches the x sensor stop.  the Position was now incorect.  I managed to find the fragments and superglue them togeter enough to get a goo xyz.  Once i did that I built a new replacement part.  I was seeing the same thing you did where the pinda was about 50% past the circle.  Once I did this all was OK.
