Spare parts
Apparently Prusa doesn't understand that the largest volume of spare parts required will come a long time after a product is sold, when things begin to degrade and wear out. I don't have a budget allowing me to spend $1000-1500 every five years on a new printer, and I don't use mine to print figurines, I need it for structural components. I've only had one for about five years, and already they've stopped selling some of the most fundamental spare parts I need, which are only now starting to fail. Post-sales support is a major factor in the success of a product, this seems to have been overlooked to some degree.
The only saving grace is that this is a relatively standardized and modular system, so there are likely other solutions. Nonetheless, I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
RE: Spare parts
Which spare parts exactly do you need? For plastic parts, STL data are available. Electronic and mechanical components, if no longer available from Prusa, are available from many other distributors.

RE: Spare parts
I keep a 'crash kit' for my printers, and for the Prusa I have all of the extruder parts (those that may be damaged by a Blob Of Doom or similar meltdown) printed in black ABS. I have a complete hot end assembly, Einsy board, belt material, etc.
I just grabbed the .stl files from the Prusa site.
When the Covid lockdown happened in 2020 I printed the spare extruder parts. My original plan was, if something like that happened, was to book time on a machine at our local makerspace and print as needed, but the place was closed due to Covid.
