MK2.5 preheat triggers restart

I completed my MK2.5 upgrade last week and finally got everything running great. Got my first successful print of the printer and then now I cannot get the bed to heat up. Every time I try to heat the bed, the board reboots. I can heat up the extruder by itself, no problem. As soon as I try the bed, or use a preheat function, it reboots.

^Here is a video of what I'm talking about. I checked the connections from the power supply to the board, they look good. I checked the fuses on the board, they look good (1 had popped out a tad just before I did the upgrade and was able to diagnose that on my own). The wires from the heat bed at the board and on the bed look good. Not really sure whats going on here other than maybe power supply failure? From searching the forums, I found if you had the printer set to 220v in a 110v outlet, you would get a similar problem. I've had my MK2 for a while and I did double check the switch on the power supply, but it is correctly set to 110v.

Just to rule out the bed, I connected the old MK42 bed and the same thing happened.

Pretty sure I narrowed the problem to fried conectora from the power supply to the Rambo board
