Would someone tell me what the ”n” stands for in the description “M3n”?

Well, if it’s normal then what is “M3nS”? A normal square nut?
I’m just curious.....I know it’s not a nylon insert.... ❓ ❓ ❓

I thought the M3 stood for Metric 3 and M3n was Metric 3 nut. M3nS would be ....Metric 3 nut Square.

M3 Is Metric 3mm thread, 0.5mm pitch.

M3N refers to a THIN Metric 3mm nut...   
M3S refers to a THIN Metric 3mm Square Nut.
 
standard Hex nuts and Standard Square nuts are too thick for Prusa Nut pockets, in printed parts

Most prusa nuts  and bolts are stainless steel, I think the only black screws I have seen,  are the grubscrews  on the motors. 
and the screws on the heatblock
