Hotend Cable Support Screw Worked Itself Loose

The screw that you insert in this step:

https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/4.+E-axis+assembly+(spiral+wrap)/576?lang=en#s9544

Worked its way loose after 100+ hours of printing. I came back to a completed print and an M3n nut lying on the print bed 😱. I've reassembled the part, and cranked the M3n nut down as tight as I could without breaking the part, but has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm assuming there must be some small movement on this screw during printing that caused it to work itself loose over time? Watching the screw during printing, I can't detect any movement but I'm worried that if this kind of failure happened at the wrong time during a print, serious damage could occur.

Any tips or tricks to prevent this in the future would be much appreciated.
