Firmware 3.1.4-FINAL for Original Prusa i3 MK2.5
UPDATE: there is a newer version 3.2.1, more here: https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/hardware-firmware-and-software-help-f44/firmware-3-2-1-for-original-prusa-i3-mk2-5-t18475.html
Hi there,
the new version of firmware 3.1.4-FINAL for MK2.5 is out!
This firmware version contains new xyz calibration with image processing. In this new calibration, measurement point searching algorithm is improved. The surface around points is scanned to create "images" and each measuring point is then located using pattern-matching. This can efficiently suppress "false targets" caused by heating meander near measurement point. XYZ Calibration is now more reliable and also faster (~7mins).

Re: Firmware 3.1.4-FINAL for Original Prusa i3 MK2.5
Did my MK2S to 2.5 conversion today but with 3.1.4, the XYZ calibration failed consistently in that it failed to find the 3rd probe point. My printer was previously known to be "perpendicular" so I didn't expect this. I remembered you introduced a new calibration algorithm, so I gave 3.1.3 a try - et voilà, XYZ calibration worked at first try (perpendicular).
So I guess there's an issue with the new 3.1.4 XYZ calibration routine.
With 3.1.4 I tried to adjust the bed in Y direction a little bit, with no success. Probe height looks perfect (according to manual), so I didn't knew what I else to adjust to get it working.
