Filament Sensor - low voltage when connected to mainboard

Hi,

Refering articels:

[1]  IR Filament sensor detection (MK3S):  https://help.prusa3d.com/article/ir-filament-sensor-detection-mk3s_159426

[2] Original Prusa i3 MK2 to MK2.5S upgrade -> 20. Connecting the extruder cable bundle: https://help.prusa3d.com/guide/5-electronics_52680#53456

According to this [1] filament sensor rev. 0.4 should output around 5V without filament. My sensor does it, but only if white signal cable is not connected to mainboard, so I assume it is working fine.

But if I connect white cable to mainboard (forth pin, lower row according to [2]) then output signal drops to 0.03V (without filament).

I use the newest firmare 3.14.1.

Does it all mean, my RAMBo13a is damaged? Or should I try different sensor?
