Big blob after a while on every print

I had to replace the nozzle om my MK2.5. Same 0,4 nozzle as before.

Also replaced the PTFE tube and cleaned the "heatsink?" that the nozzle is screwed into.

I did the XYZ calibration, and the height calibration. The calibration print looks nice.

But every time I print something a blob appears after a while. Maybe about 20 min. Roughly 5x5mm and 2 mm high. After this the further printing is scewed, and I have to stop it.

I don't know what to do to fix this. Can someone help?

Attaced a couple of photos

Size 60x75x4 Blob seen a little to the left and up from the center

Is there molten filament at the top of the heater block?
there may be  a gap between the heatbreak and the nozzle?

this could cause the issue you mention.

or Overextrusion, could be an issue, PETG Particularly, picks up, on the nozzle and drops off at the least convenient time...

Thank you for your suggestions. I’ll try and fix it during next week.
the heater block had a lot of marks from the filament on it, but I got rid of most of it. Perhaps I should consider replacing it. But I’ll check your suggestions first.
thanks 😊
