Problems printing MMU2S extruder idler - Stepper motor holes are filled in

Hi

I'm printing the MMU2S extruder idler from the parts file downloaded from the Prusa site.

MD5 (extruder-idler-mmu2s.stl) = 3a53ad55ad4efb4d6317c86410be9016

Slicing with PrusaSlicer, I can see the holes for the long screw for the stepper motor are open as are the axle holes for the Bondtech gear.

When I print the file on my MK3S ( upgraded from MK3 ), the stepper motor holes are partially filled in but the axle holes are not.

I'm using the Prusa PET settings with 0.15mm Quality MK3 and Original Prusa i3 MK3S MMU2S Single settings.

This picture should show that the holes on the left are not open but the holes on the top are.

Have I missed a setting in PrusaSlicer to get this to print properly or should I just get a drill to open the hole?

Thanks

Dave

Funny story...if I print at the recommended settings of 0.2mm + Grid infill, it prints fine.
