STL File for front fan shroud

Noticed after I put together the 2.5 upgrade that my front fan shroud has broken on the mounting leg at the 5 o'clock position. Is there a STL file to print this part? I was unable to locate in the "printable parts" section. Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: STL File for front fan shroud

It's in the "extruder" folder from the STL files. it's called nozzle-fan.stl

Note that this is the one supplied plastic part from Prusa in the upgrade and they print it in ABS. This is because it is very close to the heat block and subject to 'melting' over time. I print in PETG and currently use PETG shrouds but I replace them after about a spool of printing before they sag down too much where they might interfere with the print as well as decrease air flow efficiency.

TBH, the one I received in my upgrade kit deformed after 4-5 prints although it's made out of ABS so I reprinted mine in PC-MAX for slightly higher temp resistance.

Sorry, maybe I was unclear. It is not the fan nozzle, it is the outer fan shroud. It has three screws in it and the fan blade rests inside of it.

Do you mean the Extruder Cover as in the photo below? The name of the part is extruder-cover.stl and it will be in the extruder folder of the upgrade parts. Alternatively, you can get it from GitHub here (it's under the MK3 branch, actually). If this isn't the part you're looking for just post a photo of what's broken.

Problem solved. The new 45 degree fan mount eliminates the fan mounting screw at that point so it is no longer necessary and not a concern for strength.
