I'm also getting that sort of noise, not as constant or loud as that though. I'm thinking it might be the Bondtech gears vibrating against each other. I also read somewhere that the current version of linear advance might be making extruder movements that are too small for the stepper, especially with the Bondtech's lower steps/mm. I'm going to try putting some lithium grease on the gears next time I feel motivated to open it up.

Yes, that was my issue also. The problem was the PETG print was not perfect and the Bondtech gears were rubbing the support housing and stalling the motor. Had to use the Dremmel to free up the space. There is no noise from the gearing in standard mode.

Was it rubbing on the idler or the extruder?

I got my sound issue solved. It was needed some lubrication on the bondtech gears. I put some lithium grease on them, just a super thin layer. Be careful not to get it where the filament runs, just on the gears on the edge of the bondtech.
