MK2.5 First Layer Not Sticking to Bed

I recently upgraded to MK2.5. Everything went smooth and calibration was perfect with a live Z at -0.800. I printed a number of smaller items each in a different color PLA (I only print with PLA for now). I then printed a very large Volcano model that ran for almost 28 hours and used 2/3 or a 1kg roll of brown Solutech PLA. Printed perfectly. I then tried printing some smaller items (4.5" in diameter) and the first layer did not stick to the PEI (smooth) bed. I tried cleaning with Acetone and still no good adhesion. I then flipped the flex bed over so the PEI would be brand new (never printed on). I ran the first layer calibration a number of times with the same poor results. Even at live z = -1.100 the results were poor (see attached) . It seems like the extruder flow is not even. I have no idea what to do next and lots of items in Q to print.
