@jon-n2

Try the 3.9.0 or the new 3.9.1 from GitHub?

I am not able to find a release on GitHub for 3.9.0.  In the description, it does look like they fixed the bug that causes this.  Do you have a good link?

I am not sure yet. But I tkink that problem is in new heated bed with magnets. It warps more than previous model. And new firmware can not compensate. I once tryed pulling bed up, in rear middle ( problematic spot) during mesh bed and passes ok. Problem was to repeat same force each time so it again triggers z-calibration. Problem is real pain in ass. I really love this firmware with sheet profiles. I will have too try contact prusa support again to try resolve this problem.

Upgraded to 3.9.0 yesterday and have performed several prints.  I have not had any additional problems similar to what 3.8.1 had.  For those that downgraded, it now appears safe to upgrade back to newer firmware.  This will also bring back the ability to store multiple profiles for print beds.

It took me a bit to find the proper GitHub repository but here it is for those of you who need it: https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/releases

Happy Printing

I just completed an upgrade of my MK2 to an MK2.5s and I'm seeing the exact same problem.  It almost always fails the bed mesh on the second to last point (back center).
