RE: "Calibration Failed! Check the axes and run again"
Same problem here, have not used the printer in months because of this issue. I've verified damn near everything and am at the point where I am ready to tear it down and rebuild from scratch. What scares me is ending up with the same result. I am sure many of us are VERY hesitant to downgrade.
This has been EXTREMELY frustrating. Looking at some of these other user posts there does appear to be a legitimate code issue with this firmware.
RE: "Calibration Failed! Check the axes and run again"
If it is a code-issue, it hasn't been tackled in the new firmware 3.8.0:
https://github.com/prusa3d/Prusa-Firmware/releases/tag/v3.8.0-RC1
Still have the same error after installing this. What concerns me also is the fact that I do not get any response from Prusa after several attempts (via the 'ask us anything' contactform and replying old e-mails). While before the company was my absolute favorite, swift responce and help nomather what!
Of course Prusa still has the benefit of the doubt - but I am getting desperate.
My next idea is to create new stoppers on the frame, lowering the Z reach 0,5mm at the time. What do you guys think of this idea?
