Previously, Printed Solid's tech support recommended that I replace the heatbed frame and sent me a well-packed replacement frame. However, replacing the frame made no apparent difference. So far, my only real clue is that I could consistently level the bed when the 6.4.0 firmware was installed, but when I downgraded the firmware to 6.2.6 at the insistence of tech support to troubleshoot other problems, bed leveling stopped working. My best guess is that the 6.4.0 firmware tolerates some things that the 6.2.6 firmware does not, which I would hope would narrow the scope for possible hardware problems. Any ideas on what those things might be?
