When will I be able to purchase more tool extruders
So I just got my Prusa XL and was wondering when will I be able to purchase more tool extruders since I only bought the single tool one. Thx
It looks like the speed at which toolheads are produced dictates the proportion of one, two and five head machines that can be shipped. If so then spare heads for expanding existing machines won't be around 'til the backorders are all filled.

Ok thank you for the information. So like next year I might be able to expand my existing machine? Or will there be a post saying that there is spare parts to expand our existing machines.
There are already spare parts for the XL - log into your shop account to make them visible.. Additional toolheads will probably be counted as upgrade kits.

Ok. I didn’t see the XL there for the upgrade kits. And I did find the spare parts.

If would think, that there will be no upgrade kits until all the preorders are fulfilled. According to the current shipping time table, this will probably happen in late Q1 2024.
If they behave in an other way, I would think, that it is quite unfair to the people who have preordered a XL and are still waiting. If a part of the main body of the XL has delivery problems, then of course everything could happen.
