The answer is yes.  This was addressed in both the videos and on the specs on the Prusa site.

Will it be possible to add via an update kit to add additional heads? On a normal Prusa XL?

Anyone heard any more about this?  I see some of the parts on Prusa’s shop.

I don't see an upgrade kit proper on the e-shop yet.  I would think it would be packaged as a kit especially when going from 1-2T to 3+T since you have to add power supply capacity.  I just ordered 5 .4 nozzles yesterday since they're making that the default.  I'm curious if that swap is going to complicate matters.  Plus I think they are still fulfilling preorders which I'd imagine will delay the upgrade kits.
