Core One kalibriert y Achse nicht
Habe das Upgrade Kit vom Mk4S auf Core One. Alles gewissenhaft nach Anleitung aufgebaut. Beim Selbstest bleibt er beim Leveln der Y Achse hängen. Schlägt wie verrückt gegen die linke und vordere Seite. Es ist keine Lücke zwischen Achse und Anschlag vorne. Alles ist im 90 grad Winkel. Die Lager laufen alle leicht. Die Riemenspannung ist auf 85. Habe auch mit 100,120 und 60 Herz getestet. Hat nichts geholfen. Die Gantry ist auch perfekt in Waage. Die Kabel sind auch alle geprüft und ok. Drei Stunden mit dem Support Chat verbracht und etliche Videos von den Drucker Aktionen hochgeladen. Außer das alles beim Entwickler Team gelandet ist , hat es auch nichts gebracht. Die Motoren sind auch in Ordnung und die Riemenscheiben sind perfekt installiert. Die Riemen laufen perfekt.
Hat noch irgend jemand eine Idee woran es liegen könnte ? Ich weiß wirklich nicht mehr weiter.

You really seem to have covered all the bases. The only aspect you did not mention is a possible interference from the bed heater. Some users have reported that homing before a print works more reliably for them if they briefly disable the heater via G-Code. But I understand that you are (also) experiencing this problem while the bed heater is turned off anyway, if I read your post correctly?
Prusa has acknowledged on Github that something is wrong with the homing. (Well, not quite acknowledged. They want to "improve the experience"...) So hopefully we will see a more robust homing behaviour in an upcoming firmware version, but that might take a while.

I had the same issue with never ending homing tests. A workaround for me is to move the printer bed down to bottom level. With this homing needs two bangs and it finishes sucssessfully. The belts are set to 85Hz, the gantry is aligned, the latest firmware version 6.3.3 is installed. It's a core one conversion kit.

Found the fault. Installed the Pully on the left Side upside down. So the strap run on the smooth side. Fixed it and everything Runs perfect.

Thank you very much for your post. I had exactly the same problem. However, my belts were installed correctly. But you gave me an idea. I noticed that the belt pulley was installed upside down on the x-motor. I installed it correctly and it worked immediately.Thank you.
