How to fix this beahivor during ironing?
Hello,
my Core One is currently printing and started doing this. I checked and the nozzle is not clogged I think he currently should be ironing. Usually with the same settings the ironing looks really nice.
The small blob on the left is caused by a filament change, which I did to check if the nozzle is clogged.
Any idea what's causing this?

Your question is in German forum... To me, it looks like your bed is slanted. Carefully check the basic settings again. If it is slightly slanted, the FW will compensate for this, but it may cause tension. However, since the firmware only detects the total current via the splitter connection, but not if a stepper motor jams beforehand, this can continue to "build up" until, in my case, it caused a complete blockage because a pressure part had come loose and blocked the rear of the Z-axis...

Nope. Das trat bei mir nach dem sich das Bauteil während des Drucks gelöst hatte, auf. Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten: Möglichkeit 1: Durch die Blockade gab es einen Versatz an der hinteren Spindel und blockierte dann die Z-Spindel. Oder Möglichkeit 2: Das Lösen war Folge der "wandernden" Z-Position und führte dann zum kompletten Exitus. Der blockierte da so heftig, daß ich schon befürchtete, daß der hintere Z-Motor gar nicht mehr angesteuert war (Splitter oder Motor), aber beim genaueren schauen, bemerkte ich, daß er ein paar mm zuckte. Grundstellung gemacht und danach lief er wieder. Habe mir ein neues Z-Lager hinten konstruiert zum testen. Ist 2-teilig und erlaubt in X und Y +/- jeweils 0,6 mm "atmen", um dieses Verkannten zu unterbinden. Er ist halt vorn Links und Rechts zwangsgeführt und, aufgrund des Splitters, erfasst die FW nur die Gesamtstromaufnahme. Sie kann aber nicht unterscheiden: Sind alle 3 auf Block, oder blockiert einer. Sie merkt nur, die Stromschwelle steigt steil an = Anschlag. Woher, weiß Sie nicht.
